之前寫到第12日就冇寫落去,唔係因為冇做,而係因為懶得寫,反而留多咗時間真係去做運動。而家keep住每個禮拜最少做兩日,打波/跑步/游水/行山/單車/others 。我條人魚線返嚟啦🧜🏻♂️ 好感動
