Fitness 18 Days Challenges – Day 12

大年初二係我每年最驚嘅日子,只係因為我屋企係習慣年初二先至去親戚屋企拜年一日通常會食好多嘢,往年就一定會食嗰啲糕點蘿蔔糕啊年糕啊但今年我真係一舊都冇食過就算去到親戚屋企,佢哋整咗都冇食 不過今日都預咗係會出事㗎。果然夜晚係出咗街食大餐,真係食咗唔少。咁今日有冇output呢?有嘅,今日開始做啲重量訓練,做咗好多唔同部位嘅啞鈴舉重同埋用臂力訓練器做重量訓練,開始見到有啲肌肉線條。
